How I can train a yorkie to stop leak?

My yorkie ran a lot! We have tried to block as much as possible, but nothing seems to work. So how I can maintain a Yorkie to flee? Career advice? Delete all that can be useful. Thanks!

The use of collar leash or a fence. Never chase a dog if it worked, instinct to flee. Never scold a dog when he comes back to you, he will be scared away and Back to You.
