How to qualify for the different police training as a sniper, K9, or vice versa?

I am aware of how the army soldiers sent to different schools, such as Airborne, Air Assault, Sniper, Pathfinder, Ranger. How do I work in the police. How to apply and be selected for SWAT, K9, undercover, vice?

Qualifications and requirements are determined by each ministry so that their responses may vary slightly.
