Ohio organization to train dogs to be dogs of rehabilitation for the elderly and nursing homes?

Dogs, especially laboratories and setters are used in nursing homes and hospitals to help rehabilitate the elderly and injured people. I'm trying to find the organization that has information on the necessary training, behavior, licenses, etc. necessary to have to participate in this program.
