Training American Bulldogs

Does anyone know how to train an American bulldog ?

This is a very stubborn dog and I would love to leash train her but no matter what we’ve tried nothing seems to work… she is a year old and VERY strong.

there are a number of training aids that are available. one type harnesses across the snout: it’s called a Halti or Gentle Leader. another is a type of string-like body harness that will pull under the dog’s front arms when it is pulling too hard. also there is a front clasp harness called SoftTouch that is getting good reviews.
