Perfume training German Shepherd.?

I am working with my female German Shepherd Training wonderful fragrance. I was wondering if anyone had a certain depth in the instructions and techniques that could help me. I want to be able to detect people, their cookies, their balls, something that maybe my smell it as a set of keys or dropped cell phone, teach him to drive people like hide and seek.
