Our dog keeps tearing the carpet of the training?

My wife and I have 4 months old male butterfly and follows a tear (moving / Chew) to lock your Puppy Training band in your room (bathroom). We give a lot of toys, puppy, two squeaky toys. Could it be nails are sharp, or is it just boring? I took this evening and exchanged it and said no bad dog. Any other advice would be helpful.

This puppy does. It is better to chew, he training pads for your furniture. They are grown outside.
