Is the bribe my Puppy Training?

I was training my dog to the bathroom for nearly three weeks, I taught him to shake the bell when he needs to go. I say he learned it, cousin almost every time he shakes the bell that says we must go. But today when I played with him, gave a jumping up and down and he was so happy, and suddenly so angry at this moment, no signs or gestures or vibration Bell. Does this mean that my puppy is not yet house broken? Why does he always do when the bell can vibrate? Thanks!

Sometimes the dogs lose control when they are excited, regardless their level of intrusion. Is likely to grow out of it. Just keep reinforcing what they have taught him the reward he rang the bell and outside to urinate.
