Where can I find palces to adopt a H0USE BROKEN pekingese?

I need to know where to find a house broken pekingese that will bark if someone is at the door,that knows to come and get us to go outside when they need to go to the bathroom.
And, a gentle dog also.
Please, We’ve found SO MANY of them that bark at the door and they arn’t potty trained, and one dog that is potty trained but not barking when someone comes to the door, also FEMALE.
Should we get the dog that dosen’t know how to bark if someone is at the door and try to teach her?

why must the dog bark to alert U that someone’s at the door?

the single most-common cause of neighbor’s complaints are nuisance-barking dogs…
so > why< are U 'requiring' that the dog barks?

if the dog is housetrained, healthy, the breed U prefer, and a pleasant companion, isn't that enough?

i'm not trying to be nasty, but i sure am - Puzzled!! -

calm, relaxed dogs don't bark unless they have a reason;
NERVOUS dogs bark at every whisper, shadow and footstep.

of course, nervous dogs are also much more likely to lose control of bladder or bowel when stressed, SHED (an emotional reaction to stress), have diarrhea, CHEW when left home alone... and so on.

pick the relaxed, happy-camper;
skip the barking nervous-Nellie !
