How can you make a Pekingese enegertic?

I have a pug three years .. Everything he does is sleep all day .. If I were .. energy Whenever I want to train him, he just wants to go to bed …

Pekingese dogs are not very active, but you can usually get spurts of energy from of any dog. When you go to train with him, put a leash of 6 feet (so you can not choose to walk away from you) and make really delicious (Bulley Benny work well.) Then a big hype deals you have in your hand. Be sure to reward him with treats to encourage him to do. Good luck!
