How do Guard Dogs have been killed or injured in the last year in New Zealand by thieves?

In my class we talk about a topic that the teacher has chosen for us. Our group was given the hard side to try to convince the other group should not be allowed to protect your home, whether theft or burglary and entering. for a part of it we're trying to control how organisms are effective. Could you please answer this if you know or find out about him. Thank you.

Not sure, but many. I'm out anyway, because it is an interesting question. 28 dead, not sure injured. Guard dogs can be very effective if they are authentic. Dalmatians and German Shepherds are the best guardians. Newfoundland and Labrador are useless. (But because they are friends)
