Distance training aggressive dog collar?

I have a month 10 beagle / mix puppy poodle. He has been aggressive since he was adopted in the shelter at 8 weeks. I suggest you find someone who has trained more recently and is current with human ideas about how to treat behavioral problems. Shock collars are a NO NO to one or, in my opinion, any dog. Get a coach responsible dog puppies using positive reinforcement methods or better yet, re-housing has come to your puppy and ask for their advice or a recommendation responsible dog trainer. Your puppy has been mistreated before his arrival – perhaps the reason for his behavior. We need your understanding, love and patience and looking for other ways to change their behavior – through of violence. Your dog is not a criminal and should not be treated as such.
