Which breed is better for ease of training, good all round dog and best for allergy sufferers?

I am not sure whether to get a bichon frise or chinese crested powder puff, i heard bichons can be hard to train, but i know they don’t shed and have more curly fur then the chinese crested, so any advise would be great.

I do not know much about these dogs except the Chinese Crested is supposed to be the best dog for people with allergies. Also, they do not have that much hair that will collect other allergens like pollen, dust, etc.

I have bad allergies and have MinPins. After we walk, I can wipe off their coats and feet with a damp paper towel. The short hiar is much easier to keep clean.

The Chinese crested sure is cute. I have known some people who have them. They have to be extremly protective of their skin while in the sun. They burn very, very easy. It also tends to be dry and it needs a lot of special care.
