Aggressive Puppy

Is my 10 week old lab abnormally aggressive dog?

I have only 10 weeks old chocolate lab puppies. She is very affectionate and acts like a normal puppy, but sometimes it is wild and the sequence of this goes directly to me and starts to growl and bite me in a very aggressive way. Is it a little puppy this behavior normal? Usually, I try to grab the neck and down until she says, but usually again after letting go and is new. Any Help??
